The Mono solution Multi solution for secure medication management

Emergency hospitalization of EHPAD residents is a major risk. Did you know that they account for 80% of admissions? And that iatrogenia accounts for 20% of admissions?
To combine safety and prevention in medication care, we recommend reinforcing the medication circuit with the pharmacist, using our software interfaces and our Mono Multi pill dispensers prepared in the pharmacy.
The Mono Multi solution includes a pill dispenser secured by a pharmacist's application, which is connected to pharmacy and institutional care management software. Together, they streamline the medication circuit and improve performance. The solution can integrate an administration traceability application.
Your resident's treatment is exported to the Medissimo Pharmacien application by the pharmacy software or by your care software. The Medissimo Pharmacien application delivers a treatment plan that Medissimo Pharmacien can export to your care software.
The nurse enters the administration data in her care software or in the Medissimo establishment application, to provide input for a medication review with the doctor and pharmacist.
The Mono Multi solution makes it easy to track prescription, dispensing and administration data, as well as iatrogenic risk prevention indicators, enabling your physicians to revise their residents' treatments for better long-term health outcomes.

This is the day-to-day task of Bénédicte, health care manager at EHPAD Les Myrtilles: optimizing medication distribution time and avoiding errors. For some time now, Bénédicte has been noticing organizational shortcomings that are complicating her mission and costing her time.
Bénédicte chases prescriptions and medication. Treatment changes and emergency management are becoming increasingly disorganized. Bénédicte has the impression that there are shortcomings in the medication circuit.
The Mono Multi solution helps Bénédicte to secure the medication circuit and facilitates cooperation with the pharmacy.
Visit medication review strengthens dialogue with patients and enables healthcare professionals to prevent risks and to ensure that treatment is as effective as possible in protecting the patient's health.

The MEDISSIMO platform offers a secure, traceable treatment service for patients at home and in residential care, including pillboxing of medicines in the pharmacy and treatment monitoring in cooperation with healthcare professionals and their families.
The platform brings together the pharmacist, who delivers the treatment with full traceability, and the patient or his or her homecare assistant, who fills in the dosages from the MEDIPAC® pillbox prepared by a healthcare professional, and the nurse, who monitors the treatment in liaison with the pharmacist and the family, and informs the doctor in the event of a medication risk.
In line with the public health priority defined in the national health strategy, the pharmacist - nurse - attending physician triad is at the heart of the platform designed by MEDISSIMO, with the aim of promoting the proper use of medicines.
